My Story

I'm in this for the long game — yours, not mine.

I grew up in the Yuba-Sutter region. My family farmed, coached, and worked shifts that didn't leave room for an afternoon at a clinic. When I saw chiropractic actually change what my dad could do at 55, I knew this is what I wanted to do — but on the patient's terms, not the system's.

After undergraduate work at Dakota Wesleyan in sports and exercise science, I trained at Parker University in Dallas — one of the country's leading chiropractic programs — with a focus on rehab, sports performance, and corrective exercise. I came back home to build something the region didn't have: a mobile practice that meets you where you live, train, and work.

If you've been to chiros before and felt like you were on a conveyor belt, you'll feel the difference here. Every plan is individual. Every visit is full attention. And every patient leaves with skills — not just a follow-up appointment.

My Approach

Individualized care. No cookie-cutter protocols. No endless treatment plans.

Three principles guide every visit.

01 · Listen first

Your body, your story.

We start with the full picture — your work, your training, your history, your goals. No two plans look the same because no two patients do.

02 · Treat the cause

Fix the root, not the symptom.

Adjustments alone are half the answer. Pair them with rehab and corrective exercise and you address why the pain showed up in the first place.

03 · Build independence

Out the door, not on the books.

The goal is to give you tools — movement skills, recovery habits, body awareness — so you need me less, not more.
